Warranty Claims

WARRANTY POLICY:

IntelliCon® Products carry a limited manufacturer's warranty against operational breakdown or defects in materials or workmanship on the original installation.  If an IntelliCon® product fails during normal operation, Intellidyne will replace the product at no charge.  All accessories items are covered by a one year limited warranty from INTELLIDYNE.

ONLY THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN INTELLIDYNE's STANDARD WARRANTY POLICY SHALL APPLY TO INTELLIDYNE's PRODUCTS. INTELLIDYNE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  INTELLIDYNE's standard warranty policy covering any INTELLIDYNE products shall be NULL, VOID, AND OF NO EFFECT if the purchaser or any third party uses that product for any use other than the intended use of that product.

Suspected warranty claim issues should be discussed with INTELLIDYNE Technical Support before initiating a claim.  Any claim under the INTELLIDYNE Manufacturers' Limited Warranty requires a completed  claim form to be submitted for review.  Once reviewed, INTELLIDYNE will issue a return authorization number.  All unauthorized returns will be denied and returned to sender.  An authorization number does not indicate the approval of your claim.  If all qualifying warranty conditions are met during technical evaluation, the claim will be approved and INTELLIDYNE will replace the product at no charge.

 

CLAIM DIRECTIONS:

  1. All requests REQUIRE one (1) Warranty Claim Request Form be completed per item authorized by Technical Support.
  2. Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be issued by Intellidyne to the Distributor or Installer upon
    completion and receipt of this form.
  3. The RMA number MUST BE INDICATED on all return documents and visible on the outside of the return package.
  4. The RMA and Warranty Claim Forms MUST be included with warranty claim item for acceptance.
  5. Authorization is valid for sixty (60) days from date of issue.
